I had such a wonderful experience at Leidenheimer Dental. As someone who has never been completely comfortable at the dentist, I can honestly say this was the first time I felt truly relaxed from start to finish. I was there for about three hours having a crown and a filling done, and the entire team made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They even brought me a blanket when I mentioned I was cold, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Berning was not only professional and knowledgeable but also kind, polite, and amusing throughout the entire procedure. His friendly personality helped the time pass quickly and kept me at ease. The staff was equally welcoming and attentive. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients and makes what could be a stressful visit feel comfortable and positive, I highly recommend Leidenheimer Dental. Thank you for making such a long appointment such a pleasant experience!

Two stars because the assistants are amazing, never had an issue with any of them in 10+ years . HOWEVER the dentist themselves, and reception team , are not great. The dentist have 0 bedside manors . I was scheduled for a tooth removal with laughy gas not anesthesia and the doctor tried to blindly shoving needle in my mouth and when I said no, sir, I’m supposed to get the gas. He had an attitude rushed me out. The door didn’t do anything with my tooth and I still got charged full price for the procedure. A few years ago, I got my top dentures from there. They lost the wax mold they did but made me pay for the second one as well, even though their team lost it so not only did. I have to take time off work and drive out there to do it again, but I had to pay for a second time

Paid 6400 dollars for upper and lower dentures and extractions with the promise of a dentures with in 3 month based off their plan. 3 months is turning into 6 when said and done with. Patient care they could care less. When I said I'm having problems with bone spurs and bone coming through my gum line doctor just rushed me out office without any acknowledgement. No after care check up calls were ever made after surgery like promised nor was medications. They don't take time to explain anything to you just in and out and on to the next one leaving you clueless to what's going on with every minute of the procedure and this happens with everyone of my visits. *Unrelated the weed roaches outside the main entrance door is not a good look for any doctors office.

I started this journey to get my bottom dentures replaced after I lost them ( when I found them they were broke in 2) by a google search for a dentist that was taking new patients. I found Leidenheimer dental group and called them told them the issue made the appointment and off we went. They thought it would be best to make a new pair I agreed. I will say after the x-ray was done I had a pretty long wait to get the insurance to respond about 2 months, when they did respond I made a appointment and we started the process and it was a process. My mouth is not normal I’ve had dentures since I was 27 I’m 53 as I write this. This dentist was amazing I don’t know the names of the assistants but they were amazing always made me feel welcomed and always wanted what was best for the final product. In all the whole process was about 6 months. But I couldn’t be happier with the result I finally have the smile my wife of 20 years has never seen. My confidence is higher than ever and I can chew my food which is an amazing thing! If you have dental issues I couldn’t recommend a better dentist then they one I had at this office. If you are on the fence about choosing one well this is the dentist

The hygienist that worked with me was so friendly, she made me feel welcomed right away and held a good conversation! The office was clean right when I walked in and actively had new rugs being replaced which was a good refresher! The dentist was also very friendly and a happy person. After a few visits with others, this office offered me multiple options and talked to me about everything. I am glad I found this office and I am happy to be getting work done with them!
